EPIC is a registered not-for-profit society in BC: EPIC Learning Society, incorporation number S0070739, business number 71170 5715 RC0001.

As such, EPIC is required to comply with the Societies Act, as well as our own constitution and bylaws.

EPIC was founded as a not-for-profit society so that any revenue coming in goes straight into supporting programming and keeping our fees as affordable as possible. It all goes back into the community.

EPIC is led by a volunteer Board of Directors who serve 2-year terms.
