Our Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday December 13th at 8pm via Zoom. At the AGM we will vote to approve the Financial Statements from the last fiscal year, and the budget for the current year.
We have also re-written the Bylaws, and these will be voted in at the AGM.
The AGM is also where new Directors will be voted in.
A copy of the new bylaws, the financial statements, budget and a list of those interested in the Director roles will be sent out no later than 2 weeks prior to the AGM meeting.
